Troubleshooting
My Windows PC Isn’t Listed or the Switch Won’t Connect
Attainment Switch app relies on Apple’s Bonjour technology.
Bonjour Print Services for Windows is a free download at http://support.apple.com/kb/dl999
(File size 5.18 MB-Print Wizard and desktop shortcut are not necessary)
Alternatively, Bonjour is included in iTunes download.
To further enhance your iOS device, you may elect to install iTunes which will install the needed Bonjour technology.
(File size 67.2 MB- add desktop shortcut, iTunes as default player, automatic updates are optional)
